5.2 You agree to notify wwwvip88 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

14.2 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting wwwvip88 customer support. Upon closure, any verifiable real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable bonus obligations) will be refunded to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
14.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, wwwvip88 reserves the right to retain any balance in the Account as a set-off against any losses or damages suffered by wwwvip88.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
